How to reschedule
Once your course director approves a makeup exam, they will notify Testing Services on your behalf. Testing Services will then contact you to schedule the exam for the next available makeup date, following NEOMED policy.
If there are scheduling conflicts—either with you or with Testing Services—you may not be able to make up the exam on your original return date. In some cases, you may need to complete the exam during another class. Testing Services will work with your course director to find the best solution.
What’s allowed in the testing center?
Students are not allowed to bring in any unauthorized materials to the testing room such as notes, scrap paper and electronics. Testing staff will provide any materials related to testing but ask that you please bring your own writing utensil for all ExamSoft-based exams (NBME exams use a dry erase green board and marker). All test materials will be turned in prior to leaving the room after completing an exam.
Bags, purses and large coats need to be left outside the testing room; per our NEOMED bag policy, we are not responsible for unattended items left outside during testing.
