The University Registrar is responsible for student records, class enrollment, graduation degree audits, enrollment reporting to the institution, state and federal agencies.

Registration
NEOMED students must complete their entire registration process annually within established timelines to be considered enrolled.
Enrollment Verification
Requests for verification of enrollment can be made by email, mail, fax or in person; all requests must be written. There is no cost to the student for this service.
Transcripts & Diplomas
Request current student or alumni transcripts, student performance evaluations, certified diplomas and replacement diplomas.
Academic Calendar
Start and end dates for standardized coursework in all NEOMED professional programs for the academic year.
