“As a Veteran myself, I know firsthand the sense of camaraderie that comes from being around others who understand military life. The Purple Star Military lounge is place to connect, to share stories and to support each other as we navigate the transition from military service to academic life to a career as a health professional.”
— John Langell, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., M.B.A.
U.S. Air Force Veteran
President, NEOMED

“Our Veterans bring a wealth of experience, leadership, and perspective to NEOMED. We are committed to their success. Likewise, our students who will be joining our military after graduation will be entrusted with the lives and well-bring of our military servicemembers and their families, those who ensure we pass on to our children the greatest gift we can leave them: freedom. The lounge is a reflection of our commitment and thanks to those who have served or will serve in our military services.”
