Biography

Dr. Victoroff has nearly 25 years of experience in dental education. Before coming to NEOMED, Dr. Victoroff was tenured Associate Professor of Community Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Dental Medicine. She served as Associate Dean for Education for eight years at CWRU, leading the school’s predoctoral program through two consecutive successful accreditation site visits.

Dr. Victoroff completed the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) program, a premier leadership development program in academic medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. She has been inducted into the International College of Dentists and Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor societies.

Dr. Victoroff holds a D.D.S. degree from Dalhousie University in Canada and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
