Accessible campus map descriptions

The NEOMED campus is located at 4209 State Route 44 in Rootstown, Ohio. The following buildings and areas are labeled on the campus map:

  • Northeast Ohio Medical University Education and Wellness (NEW) Center: Campus hub with dining, coffee shop, Pod campus store, NEOMED Health Care, the NEOMED Free Clinic, fitness center and conference spaces. Open to the public.
  • NEOMED main entrance: Accessible visitor entrance to the University. Check in with security here.
  • Accessible entrances: Public entrances to NEOMED comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our entrances accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility aids through features like ramps, automatic doors and proper signage.
  • Bitonte College of Dentistry: Located in the south wing of the main building complex. A dental clinic for the public will open in summer of 2027 at this site.
  • RGE Building (Research and Graduate Education): Houses laboratories, classrooms and faculty offices. Not open to the public.
  • Buildings A-G, R: Contain lecture halls, the library, administrative offices and classrooms.
  • Visitor parking: Located near the main entrance off State Route 44, with accessible parking spaces available.
  • Student housing: Apartment-style residences called “The Village” are located north of the NEOMED building.
