OHIO SYSTEMS OF CARE Project ECHO for Youth Involved with Multiple Systems
Ohio Systems of Care Project ECHO for Youth Involved with Multiple Systems (SoC ECHO) uses the Project ECHO model, a trademarked technological platform and methodology developed at the University of New Mexico, to improve healthcare outcomes for a variety of complex conditions by sharing the right knowledge, at the right place, at the right time. The SoC ECHO offers participants:
- Opportunities for Ohio professionals supporting youth with complex needs to present cases and to receive written recommendations from multidisciplinary experts.
- Opportunities to develop the knowledge and skills to manage complex needs in their own communities and to be part of a community of practice.
- Brief lectures and case-based learning on topics related to systems of care and special topics
Have a case you would like to discuss at an upcoming SoC ECHO Session? You may refer cases directly to the SoC ECHO team. Visit the SoC ECHO website to learn more: https://socohio.org/soc-echo/
Case presentations are shared from across Ohio from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM biweekly on Thursdays. Anyone may participate and join as frequently as they choose. Register to attend SoC ECHO sessions here: https://tinyurl.com/SoCECHOregistration
