Parking at NEOMED

A NEOMED parking permit is required for all NEOMED students and employees; Bio-Med Science Academy students and employees; and all employee tenants of the NEW Center/MOB.  

Obtaining a NEOMED Parking Permit

You must register your vehicle with the Department of Public Safety before you can obtain a parking permit.

• NEOMED students, faculty and staff must register their vehicle in Banner Self-Service.
• Bio-Med Science Academy students and employees, and employee tenants of the NEW Center/Medical Office Building, should email police@380cebbe0d.nxcli.io for registration instructions.

Anyone who registers their vehicle and obtains a NEOMED parking permit is responsible for being familiar with the University’s Parking Rules & Regulations [PDF]

Parking Citation Appeals

Only those with a valid parking permit may go through the appeals process. The appeal must be filed within 15 business days of the date the citation was written. To file an appeal, complete the parking citation appeals form and submit it along with a copy of the citation to the Department of Public Safety.
